Hey Grey, thanks for checking on this. Mostly what I have gotten back is
that notice that says the owner didnt respond within the 72 hours. That
made me think maybe they weren't going thru. I did get that one quick
decline, and I thought that was good, as it indicated that the owner did
see it.
