nearly all the inserts and half sheets that i have ever seen are much  
heavier thickness/weight than a one sheet.
 
but, have there been U.SA inserts of the 1950s that were heavier  than a one 
sheet, but a bit thinner than than most inserts.
 
(i know autrailian daybills are very, very thin....but dont let's not  
address that...)
 
..............so, were insert paper of various weights?
