I wanted to update you folks on Frank Santos
due to the fact that he clearly has defaulted on his responsibilities, he
has been permanently suspended from MoviePosterBid.com
Unfortunately this is one of the problems about internet sales. When someone
sells something to you, even sometimes when he has a previously good
reputation, your experience can be negative. Of course that situation
existed before the internet, but please keep in mind that one bad apple does
not spoil the whole barrel. If that was the case, we would all be finished
after Eugene Hughes and Joe DePrenda. The good thing about theft is that it
is still less than 1% of all internet sales.. But we hear it about it so
much it seems like a bigger problem than it is.. Needless to say, for the
affected persons, the problem is as big as a football field.
Obviously Frank has abandoned his clients and all I can do is suspend him.
I did take the step of sending him a registered letter 2 weeks ago, to which
I also have received no response
anyone on this list who has yet to get their posters returned please advise
me so I can maintain a data trail also, Claude Litton knows where Frank
lives.. Maybe we can ask for Claude's help, if he thinks there is any help
he can offer.
