I have heard from Jay Rubin that his father, Samuel K. Rubin, died on June 26, 2009. His funeral will be in Indiana, Pa. on Wednesday, July 1. Visitation will occur on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Services will be at funeral home,

great Post Steve- Sam Rubin was a very kind person... I remember in the 70s calling him on the phone when he was at classic Images.. In my early years, in this Business it Was Sam,Rubin, Don Key at the Big Reel and Alan Light at Film collectors world - which was bought by Brian Bukantis
