eBay is beta testing a new system for Contacting Seller. It only seems to
pop up sporadically. But, what happens is you get a list of questions you have
to check, then it goes to another screen and eventually you get to a box to
write a question and also have to enter a topic. But, so far everytime I use
it I get the error in bug Red letters: "That isn't working right now. You can
try again later or go to My eBay.".
