Hi Walter,   I think the problem may have been the 40x60".  I recently [allegedly] bought a 40x60" from the UK and the seller tried sending it twice through the Royal Mail and it got returned to them after weeks each time with no explanation.  It turns out the RM wouldn't take packages that large
