Yes, Sean is correct. It's also pretty easy to see the difference between a machine folded insert/ HS and a hand folded one. There was also a logic to folding by NSS or exchanges. One sheets, Inserts and half sheets with their standard folds, folded down to the same size as a set of lobby cards,
