Hello everyone, We are designing a procedure to place semilandmarks all over the surface of long bone diaphyses, but we are struggling to decide what software we should use. We cannot use Landmark editor because it uses patches with 9 definable landmarks (and there are not 9 definable points in the diaphyses). We cannot use the geomorph package in R (buildtemplate, for instance, places semilandmarks automatically, but over the entire surface, not only the diaphysis).
Do you have any suggestions on what software (free, if possible) we could use? Would it be possible to do that using Avizo?
