Has anyone used "Quick Reads" from Pearson Publishing for fluency? It looks
like it costs big bucks and several schools I know of are spending the bucks on
it. Is it worth it? Is it effective? Thanks for any input you can give...

I'm in my third year of using Quick Reads in my Title I program. It is an
"approved" intervention for fluency with comprehension. We began by using the
second and third grade editions. I went through the curricular maps for those
