If you are trying to load the text phrase-table it's likely that it runs
out of memory. You must binarize the phrase table and use that instead
of the text phrase-table.

I've been having trouble running the decoder that I've trained with the
baseline system instructions and also one I've trained myself. The decoder
used to run fine but after recompiling with XMLRPC support it can't load
the text phrase table when running
