Either
1. Ignore it, if the executables compiled ok
2. Use the current source code from the github master branch. The
issue should have be fixed already

I have a 32-bit Cygwin on a 64-bit windows machine. I have followed the
following steps to compile moses:
- Compiled boost using the following commands:
- "*cd ~/mosesdecoder/boost_1_55_0/*"
