I'm still using SVN rev 4153. So please advise if this has been fixed in recent mert-moses.pl updates.
The --maximum-iterations option saves the finished_step.txt file with what looks like a wrong value. A setting maximum-iterations=5 saves the value 6 in the finished_step.txt file. When I run again with maximum-iterations=6 and the --continue flag, mert-moses.pl reports an error "Can't start from step 6, because run6.features.dat was not found! at /usr/local/bin/mert-moses.pl line 534." If I manually edit the finished_step.txt file to a value of 5, continuing with maximum-iterations=6 works fine. I can patch my version, but should be checked in the github version if it's still a problem. Tom
