I tried yesterday for the Avocets reported in Albany Sewage with no luck. I was there at midday. Had nice looks at a Horned Grebe. Also missing in action was the Cinnamon Teal at Gilman Sewage. I was there from about 3:30 to 4:10. Another birder had been there for a while before my arrival.
