There is an avid 11-year-old birder visiting the Twin Cities from California
who would like to see the Great Gray Owl if it is still being seen in St.
Anthony Park or other metro locations.
Has anyone seen one in the last day or two? Where?
Thanks for your help.

This bird was seen again today (12/22) about 10:15 am along CR 32.
Yesterday (12/21) it was observed in that area about 12:30pm.
In the large grove of conifers to the north of the birdge on the west side
of the road a Townsend's Solitaire was observed.

PMy vote would be for any CBC taking place on that day--what a way to get

January; the birds aren't going anywhere.nbsp; nbsp;BR/P
