Road and 16th Ave east in Duluth. There are few winter records for Cooper's
Hawks
in Duluth.

A field trip over the weekend produced some good birds:

Brainerd/Baxter, just north of the CR 48 intersection, on the east side of =
the highway. The Owl seemed oblivious to the heavy traffic rolling down =
the highway, which I think was from the Eelpout Festival in Walker.
