I took a break from chicken duties yesterday and headed to Glacial
Ridge in Polk County. A pair of Bald Eagles was at the nest sight on
the north side of US Hwy 2,

CNC sponsored a trip to the Mazatlan area (states of Sinaloa and San Blas).
Total species seen for the week was 232. I posted some pics from the trip on
the MOU website - Galleries - region = Mexico.
Highlight of the trip for me was the tufted jay and red warbler. The boat

Hello,
It would be very helpful if folks reporting birds would also mention
what time of day they were seeing a particular species.
Just a suggestion.
