[mou] Sandhill crane ruddy ducks - Coon Rapids Dam, Anoka County

During a quick after-lunch visit to the Coon Rapids Dam today Maureen I saw our first SANDHILL CRANE of the year, a single bird wheeling overhead and giving its rattling call. We also saw 4 RUDDY DUCKS on the upstream side. Other species: lots of COMMON MERGANSERS numerous COMMON GOLDENEYES
