overpass at Grand and Hardman Ave. in South St. Paul, I watched a
female LTDU in the mostly frozen Mississippi River. I saw it only in
Ramsey Co. but the limited open water extended into Dakota Co. as well.

The 6th annual Golden Eagle Survey is set for Saturday January 16th,
2010 and again we welcome and encourage anyone who would like to
participate. Last year there were 100 observers on 40 routes. A
