While watching a flock of Common Redpolls in Karlstad in Kittson County in the early afternoon of Thursday the 4th I heard a Red-bellied Woodpecker call several times. I was able to track it down for a visual confirmation. It was at the intersection of Hwy11 and 1st St just west of US59. The redp
