At 8:00 am I checked our video camera and the owl was not in the box. Yesterday it was sitting at the entry hole much of the afternoon. I did not notice any new pellets in the box. Perhaps hunting is difficult with the thaw and freeze weather. I won't post again until I see the owl. George

Red Crossbill, Common Redpolls, Bohemian Waxwing at Ann Lakes/Sand Dunes this morning. Also enjoyed Rough-legged Hawk Northern Shrike. The Sand Dunes area is located just south of Sherburne Refuge, take CR 5 south almost to the second CR 4 (west) exit, but turn left/east rather than right.
