I haven't been able to bird much this winter so brother Donn and I ventured
north to Sax-Zim for a couple of half days to relieve acute cabin fever.
Overall bird #s were the lowest I've ever seen, but we managed many of the

miles south of Weaver on Hwy 74 in the Whitewater Wildlife Refuge. Also a

Could be from the group that hangs out on Morin Lake just west of
Plymouth on the north side of Hwy 55.. There is a group that hangs out
there all winter because a house on the north-east side has an aerator off
their dock.
