early June. He's coming in a couple of days early for birding.

Today, 18 May, Erika and I found a singing Cerulean Warbler in Goodhue Co.
We were biking the Cannon River Trail a short distance east of old mile

For Wood Thrush fans, there were probably eight or so singing, calling and
appearing at Pioneer Park in Princeton over lunch hour today.
Got to love this spring's migration - have seen or heard 155 species since
Saturday - while working normal amount. One could get spoiled!

I have a cedible report of a pair of Evening Grosbeak seen briefly a few days
ago at a feeder in southern Eagan just north of a western section of Lebanon
Hills. I will report back if they are found again.

I refound the Wood Thrush this morning that was reported from Crane Lake
last weekend. Thank you Chris! It was behind Pine Point Lodge right in the
area of the active Raven's nest.

Philadelphia Vireo, two Olive-sided Flycatchers, Red-headed Woodpecker on
Blue Hill Trail, Sherbunre NWR this morning. Still good mix of warblers;
unique to see Yellow-rumped and Blackpolls in same tree.

Monday: Least Flycatcher in yard. FOY Eastern Kingbird (117th St. IGH)
did my toad & frog survey in Goodhue County. For the most part it was too cold
for most of the frogs, but I heard more Whip-poor-wills than I have ever. I
had at least seven individuals at four differnet stops. As I was
