A friend of mine was walking her dog along the levy in front of the HUGE Bay State grain elevator, and flushed an imm/female Snowy Owl this morning. I just got back from confirming, and it is still there. Drive to the end of Kansas St. Walk up to the levy and look to your left. It was sittin
