So I went outside to find the bird making the strong, whistle call. Snapped some pictures and the then pulled up eNature to listen to bird calls to identify it. According to eNature it is/was an Eastern Wood-Phoebe. How come the Eastern Wood-Phoebe is not in Sibley's? nor my National Audubon?
