I birded Sibley County this morning and was able to find the Red-headed Woodpecker pair that Doug Kieser reported at the 371st Ave and 238 St location. They were feeding young in a nest hole in the dead tree just to the east of the intersection. At the flooded field at the CR12/240th intersection

Hi Josh,Maybe listen to the ALTERNATE song of the Northern Parula...It sounds very similar to what you describe... and is reminiscent of a Cerulean and Black-throated Blue. I have been fooled before. Much more likely in northern MN Sparky Stensaas 2515 Garthus Road Wrenshall, MN 55797 218.341
