What appeared to be a lapland longspur was seen feeding in a snowless ( very rare habitat these days!!) under the 35w freeway just off of Railroad st. At 8th ave W by bayfront park. I could not get close enough to cofirm ID and no bins along. Sent from my iPhone Join or Leave mou-net:
