To Mary who posted - the Snowy Owl in Ramsey has been very easy to find.
I would recommend going there. (for some reason my web browser will not

Out looking for the snowys in Dakota county (found at three locations over a
couple hours, locations close enough it's likely the same 180th st owl),
found a small flock of horned larks (perhaps a dozen) in one location and a
pair of horned larks about 5 miles from that flock.
