[mou-net] Rough-legged Hawk

Spotted a rough-legged hawk today on Black Dog Road in Dakota County. It was in a tree next to the train tracks that cross the road just south of Jens Casperson landing. It took me quite awhile to figure out what it was as I had never seen one before. Good thing it sat still for me. Joanne Bar
