Laura Segala found and photographed an adult YELLOW-CROWNED NIGHT HERON in her yard adjacent to Shiloh Park in Hennepin County. The bird is visible from the paved trail near the footbridge. Another resident said she saw the same bird a couple of weeks ago. The bird was still visible when Larry Sirvio and I left, just after 6 PM. Seen and photographed by many so far.
