I went to see the Clark's Nutcracker yesterday and it was present the
entire time at two different addresses:
24092 and 24185 County Road 9. It seemed content to stay in that area.

After checking some references, I now know the dowitchers I saw yesterday were
much more likely to be Long-billed Dowitchers, due to 9/22 being after the
middle of September.

The homeowners now request that we stay off their property. They have been
wonderfully hospitable, but the bird has attracted more attention than we all
thought. The good news is that the bird has been frequenting power lines along
Cty Rd 9 just "upvalley" from this property.
