The heron continues in the same pond. Far back and slightly obstructed but
still visible from the road. And for those who haven't heard via ebird, an
adult yellow crowned night heron has returned to shiloh park in plymouth. Maybe
that adult actually spent the summer there?

I just saw a pair of Greater Prairie-Chickens on a residential street just
west of Bush Lake in Bloomington. They were both females and possibly
were fledged this spring although they were adult sized with adult
markings. They were
