[mou-net] Sax-Zim Bog inquiry

Hello MN birders, I am a birder from CT and I'm going to be doing a birding cross-country road trip this summer, and I'll be passing through MN in late July. I am highly interested in seeing the following species, and I'm wondering if anybody can provide me with further specifics on locations

[mou-net] Common Redpolls - Anoka County

We had 6 Common Redpolls feeding beneath our black oil sunflower feeders today.  We've routinely had Pine Siskins (sometimes dozens) here through most of the winter, including today, but these are the first redpolls. Ron Refsnider Coon Rapids, MN Join or Leave mou-net:

[mou-net] Long-eared Owl, Hennepin Co. update

It appears that the Long-eared Owl from yesterday has migrated north. It left its perch in the early evening just after sunset. I could see it waking up and getting restless just before sundown. I am one who loves to share all of my sightings with others but since I live in a town home complex
