For the next Minnesota Global Birders event Gregg Severson will give a presentation on birding during a family trip that encompassed three countries: Belize and Panama in Central America, and Aruba off the coast of South America. The birds include both characteristic Neotropical families and wintering North American migrants. The intensity of birding ranged from casual birdwatching during other activities (such as snorkeling and visiting Mayan ruins), to focused birding with professional local guides at world famous birding locations.
