0⁰pwere in a field off Henn. Co. 13, just south of Henn. Co. 144 in Rogers.
Saw some FOY Hooded Mergansers on the Mississippi off the Dayton boat ramp
on 3/15. Not sure if that is Wright or Hennepin Co.
