There is a trumpeter swan with an injured/broken right wing at the southern
end of East Lake Vadnais near the intersection of Edgerton and Vadnais
Boulevard. It’s out on the water, but staying close to shore. Anyone out
there with the skill (and waders) to to help? I assume WRC in Roseville
needs
Anyone out there build and sell wood duck boxes? I just moved to a house
that backs up to a heavily wooded creek, and there are plenty of wood ducks
in the area. A pair staked out the box we already have, so I’d like to add
one or two more. Thanks!

BCNH at Minnehaha Creek, at the inflow directly south of Lynnhurst
Community Center. It is moving from tree to tree and shore very actively.

Warbler in a yard near Franklin and Pillsbury in south Minneapolis on
Saturday afternoon. What a treat!

of White Bear Lake late this afternoon, along with hundreds of coot. They
