Wondering what people might list at the best tree or shrub for a
suburban lot for birds. Something for all year round to provide best
food and shelter for the largest variety of birds throughout the year.

I have put out a bird feeder again and grackles have started to clean
it out in a few hours. I got some Bye Bye Starling food but they
still seem to go after it. It is a wood feeder with a roof and
hopper.
Any ideas appreciated. I also have a tube feeder out but would also
like to keep this sty
I am new to birding and saw some very blueish little birds on type of
the nesting boxs that are on poles in the marsh areas. At first I
though they were bluebirds but when looking at the books it did not
seem to fit. Then looking at several others sketches they did not
seem to be exact matches ei
