I found a Great-tailed Grackle in Scott County at about 11:30 this morning.?
The male grackle was found in a cattail marsh along Scott Co. 10 about 1 mile
east of Jordan.? The bird was seen foraging around a muskrat house along the
water's edge for a couple of minutes and then it flew up to the
I observed a male and female Great-tailed Grackle at Pierce Lake in Martin Co.?
The grackles were seen straight out from the public access?on the east side of
the lake.? I also heard other Great-tailed Grackles calling in the cattails
near the boat landing.? Pierce Lake is located about 7 miles
At 9:30 am, 5/4, I saw a Cattle Egret near Lennon Lake, about 5 miles south
of Prior Lake, MN. The directions are to go south on Co. 87 (off of Scott
Co. 8) for about 1 mile, turn west (right) on Edenvale for about 1/2 mile,

at 10:00 am this morning.
