While birding today from 9:30 to 3 pm in the Bloomington area with Linda
Whyte...

In the 9 Mile Creek area by the Minnesota River we saw a kettle of Bald Eagles.
Also several juvenile and adult Bald Eagles with one pair doing courtship
flying.

In the Old Cedar Avenue bridge area, 4 Common Mergansers and 2 Wood Ducks.

By the 86th Street Bass ponds (which are open);
1 Kingfisher, 2 Great Blue Herons, another kettle of Bald Eagles and what
looked like a Harrier.
