In the 9 Mile Creek area by the Minnesota River we saw a kettle of Bald Eagles. Also several juvenile and adult Bald Eagles with one pair doing courtship flying. In the Old Cedar Avenue bridge area, 4 Common Mergansers and 2 Wood Ducks. By the 86th Street Bass ponds (which are open); 1 Kingfisher, 2 Great Blue Herons, another kettle of Bald Eagles and what looked like a Harrier.
