Saint Paul North keeps the lead in Mallards
Two years ago St. Paul North passed Bloomington as the Mallard champs of the Christmas Bird Count. The St. Paul team had a commanding 358 duck lead (159,162 to 158,804) over their Southern neighbors. Clearly St. Paul is playing for keeps as they showed up in droves last year to tally 5,488 quackers and put some distance between themselves and Bloomington who managed a valiant 4,467. The score is St. Paul - 164,302 Bloomington - 163,271. Whether you are one who pulls for the underdog or you like to jump on the bandwagon get out there and help your team on this years CBC.
