Sorry for the late post. I had a RHWO just north of Downer on 70th ave. south about 3/4 mile east of MN HWY 9. There is probably a nest right there with all of the habitat present. Even more belated: I was at our Ordway Prairie on Sunday and had a Black-Billed Cuckoo. This is in Pope Count
