A White-winged Dove was photographed at a feeder by a Lutsen resident
yesterday. The bird has been seen for the past few days, not at any
regular time of day. Unfortunately the feeders are not visible from the
street.

We just received a phone call from Jeanie Joppru (noon on Sunday), that the
White-winged Dove is still being seen at the Marilyn Sanchez residence on
Long Lake (approx. 10 miles north of Fergus Falls, Otter Tail County).

The White-winged Dove near Fergus Falls in Otter Tail County continues to be
seen as of 10/20. I arrived there this morning to the most horrible words in
the English dictionary: "you missed it by 5 minutes." It didn't take long for
the White-winged Dove to reappear though, allowing long looks a

There is a Wing-winged Dove visiting the feeders of MOU member Marilyn
Sanchez in Otter Tail County in west-central Minnesota.
The bird was first spotted on 10/15 at her residence on Long Lake (about 10
miles north of Fergus Falls). We were able to see and photograph the bird
on 10/16.

is visiting in Stearns County are not permitting visitors at this
time. I should also add that the bird has not been seen since the
17th. If the situation improves, I will let birders know.

A White-winged Dove is coming to feed at the home of Larry Wilebski in
Lancaster in Northern Kittson County. The bird was first seen yesterday
about noon and was present at least until noon today. The bird can be
viewed from HWY 59, but you may go into the yard if you call first.

I saw the white-winged dove again twice today, so it's been
nearly a week that it's been at the feeders. It stays a few
minutes at a time, gathering a full load of seeds, then
flies away to the west.

There is a White-winged Dove near Rochester in Olmsted County. It was
found today at the "County 9 Marsh", which is along Olmsted County
Road 9 about two miles east of East Circle Drive. Check especially
the south side of the road.
