It seems like it has been an odd fall migration, at least here in The Cities.
I spent nearly 3 weeks camping up off the Arrowhead and the migrants there were
fabulous. Large flocks of birds moving through in the waves I've become
accustomed to up there. One fun new thing that I learned is Palm W
This has been my worst fall migration banding ever here in Northfield, Rice
Co.
On my good days, I Band 6 Birds when I used to band 50. Often I have
caught nothing this year.
