Went to look for the Snowy Owl today in Ramsey, MN. At least 1 still present and in pretty much the same area of 147th & Ferret which is accessed by taking Highway 10 West to Armstrong Blvd.
Go right or north over railroad tracks and turn left at the 1st stoplight which is 147th. 1 block down is Ferret but the owl has been seen anywhere within that square block. I've seen it on top of the 2 business roofs that are on Ferret, on top of the huge tower, on top of metal light poles and on top of wooden utility poles.
