This afternoon I found 4 Bohemian waxwings, along with about a dozen cedar
waxwings, in Sartell.  The site was at 20th St. N & 4th Ave. N. in Sartell.

From Hwy. 15 and Co. Rd. 1 north of St. Cloud (Walmart corner), turn west on CR
1 (which is also Riverside Drive - goes along the Miss. River) and go about 4
miles to 20th St. N.  Turn left and go a block; the street bends and turns into
4th Ave. N.  There is a crabapple tree in a yard right next to the road.  This
is where the birds were.  I spent several hours looking around Sartell today
and found many mountain ash and crab apple trees with lots of fruit on them.
Birds should have a good food source all winter!
