Erika and I successfully found the Ivory Gull on 2 and 3 January in
Duluth. My photos are on my blog: http://dantallmansbirdblog.blogspot.com
We also found a Great Gray Owl yesterday near the new bog Visitor Center.
I will post a photo of that in the next couple of days.

I really hope everyone gets to see this amazing visitor from the High Arctic...
Gorgeous and tame little white gull. It was eating salmon filet (thanks Pedar!)
only 12 feet from us (behind the green locked gate at the north pier in
Duluth's Canal Park.
