"Beginning in Spring 2014 and continuing annually through 2016, the IRBWG is spearheading a huge Spring Migration Blitz that will span 38 states, 9 Canadian provinces, and 3 Canadian territories. Our objectives are to determine important migratory stopover sites and evaluate consistency of numbers and timing of stopover occurrence in order to influence future research, monitoring, and conservation opportunities.
