A long tailed duck is present in Fisher lake right now, along with hundreds of ring necked ducks and smaller numbers of most expected species. This is in the MN Valley Refuge, Wilkie unit, Scott County. Scope needed, I viewed the duck right from the parking lot at hwy 101 x crest ave.
