Hi Birders, Had a large hawk chasing a crow through the woods in our back yard a few minutes ago. It must have missed the crow but it circled back and perched in a tree in the back yard. Turned out to be an adult Northern Goshawk. It sat there for about five minutes--long enough to get the spotting scope on it.
