Laura Erickson will do a presentation on Owls of Minnesota. Twelve owl species have been recorded in Minnesota. Some are common and widespread, a few extremely rare and localized. Learn about how owl bodies work and how each of our owls negotiates life in Minnesota. Archimedes, Laura Erickson’s education Eastern Screech-Owl, will be there so you can see one owl up close and personal.
