On Friday p.m. I looked about 2.5 hours for the white winged dove found by Herb 
Dingman earlier in the day and could not relocate the bird.  It was windy with 
temps in the 90's, so not ideal searching conditions.  Of course this does not 
mean the bird is still not in the area. I did see 7-8 different MODO, so the 
area holds doves.

With my highly trained eyes and forensic background (I learned everything from 
Abby on NCIS), I did see an area with tire skid marks next to bird fecal 
remains....perhaps a location Herb attempted to run it over(?)   Lab analysis 
of an unknown powder at the same location, turned out to be "Dove Be 
Gone".....hmmm.
